Frank Pecorelli

Frank oversees the legal structuring, negotiation and execution of Metropolitan’s investments. He works closely with the Investment Team throughout the deal lifecycle, translating complex legal and structural issues into clear, actionable guidance. Prior to joining Metropolitan, Frank was an associate on the Global Finance team at Dechert LLP, where he advised lenders and borrowers on a broad range of leveraged and asset-based finance transactions. He began his career as an associate in the Restructuring and Bankruptcy group at Otterbourg P.C., focusing on special situations and distressed credit matters. Frank is admitted to practice law in New York. He holds a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marist University.
