Jason Tighe

Jason's responsibilities include overseeing fund operations, capital markets, analytics and accounting. Jason has over 20 years of experience in private equity finance and operations. Prior to joining Metropolitan, he held senior finance roles at Prospect Ridge and Affinius Capital (formerly Square Mile Capital). At Affinius, Jason was responsible for creating the finance and analytics departments while the firm established and grew a real estate debt platform of over $3.0 billion. At both firms, Jason established operating procedures for new business lines, including open-end, preferred equity, and various debt strategies. Jason started his career at Ares Management (formerly Apollo Real Estate/AREA Property Partners) where he spent 13 years in various finance roles, culminating as Head of US Finance. Jason received a B.A. from Binghamton University.
