Michael Egan

Mike's responsibilities include overseeing data integration,automation, and software engineering across the firm's entire business. Mikehas over 30 years of experience in financial technology and alternativeinvestment management. Prior to joining Metropolitan, he served as ChiefOperating Officer of Technology at Jain Global, a multi-manager hedge fund thatlaunched with $5 billion in capital commitments, and as Director of Technologyat Atalaya Capital Management, where he built engineering, data science, andinfrastructure teams from scratch as the private credit firm grew from $3billion to $10 billion in assets under management. He co-founded Adroit TradingTechnologies, a FinTech company revolutionizing OTC trade execution. Earlier inhis career, Mike held senior technology roles at Bridgewater Associates,Amaranth Advisors, and UBS. Mike received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering fromColumbia University.
