Shirley leads expert systems operations and oversees data management, agreements, and compliance for the ONE team. She manages the CRM and end-to-end workflow execution, while leading the team's strategic event initiatives. Shirley brings valuable institutional knowledge to her role, having previously served as Executive Assistant to Met's Managing Partner & CIO, Paul Lisiak, where she gained deep insight into the firm's operations and strategic priorities over three years. In her current position, she ensures seamless operational processes and maintains critical infrastructure. Shirley received a B.A. in Business Management from Rutgers University.
